Skin Tat is a platform that connects clients with professional tattoo artists. We facilitate the booking process, but the actual tattoo services are provided by independent artists. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of the tattoo work performed by artists.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Age Requirement

4. Booking and Appointments

When you book an appointment through our platform:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the tattoo artist

• All appointments are subject to artist availability
• Artists reserve the right to decline bookings at their discretion

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
• Full payment is typically due at the time of service

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm any artist or other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skin Tat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Tattoo designs and artwork created by artists remain the property of the respective artists unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKIN TAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or outcome of tattoo work performed by artists
• Any allergic reactions, infections, or complications from tattoos
• Disputes between you and tattoo artists
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skin Tat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
