How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for popular artists. However, some artists may have availability sooner. Check individual artist profiles for their current availability.

Can I book a consultation before the actual tattoo?

Yes! Many artists offer consultations to discuss your design ideas, placement, size, and pricing. Check the artist's profile or contact them directly to schedule a consultation.

What information do I need to provide when booking?

You'll need to provide details about your tattoo idea (size, placement, style preferences), select your preferred date and time, and complete payment for any required deposit.

How much does a tattoo cost?

Pricing varies based on the artist, size, complexity, and style of the tattoo. Each artist sets their own rates, which are displayed on their profile. Most artists charge by the hour or by the piece. Consultations are often free or low-cost.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Most artists require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by artist and are typically deducted from the final cost. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure payment processor. Some artists may also accept cash for the final payment at the studio.

When do I pay for my tattoo?

You'll pay a deposit when booking. The remaining balance is typically paid at the time of your appointment, directly to the artist. Some larger pieces may require payment in installments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your original appointment and are subject to artist availability.

What happens if the artist cancels?

If an artist cancels your appointment, you'll receive a full refund and we'll help you find an alternative artist or reschedule with the same artist at no cost to you.

What if I'm running late?

Please contact the artist or our support team immediately if you're running late. Depending on how late you are, the artist may need to reschedule your appointment. Repeated lateness may result in additional fees.
